About Us

Carrie Boyle, Co-Founder
With 20 years in the wine industry, it is an understatement to say that wine is an integral part of Carrie’s life. “My first sip ignited my passion, and this hobby eventually turned into a career. Whether as a manager for a national wine & spirits retailer or as the owner/operator of my own fine wine shops, I have dedicated myself to sharing my love of wine with novices, enthusiasts and experts alike.
Over time, I have continued my studies of oenology and viticulture and am a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW). I have judged wine competitions around Northern California, made my own wine, designed and taught classes, orchestrated large wine events and traveled to wine regions all over California, Oregon, Washington, Australia, New Zealand, France (Burgundy, Rhone Valley, Bordeaux, Champagne, and Beaujolais), and Spain (Rioja and Ribera del Duero). Now, I act as a broker representative for hand-crafted wineries from various corners of the world, and am a wine writer online for Sacramento Magazine.
Over the last 20 years, I've had the privilege of working in proximity to some of most beautiful wine regions in the world. Sacramento is my home and I want to share it with other wine lovers and enthusiasts. Wine brings people together and facilitates sharing and community like nothing else.”
